- Only registered users can do this, so first you must register, and if you are registered, you must be logged in.
- Find and open the event from the event calendar.
- Press the button post minutes for this event.
- Include the agenda. Preferably by typing or pasting this into the minutes area. If it must be an attachment, make sure it is PDF format and upload in file attachments section.
- Additionally, any accompanying documents, such as presentations may also be uploaded as attachments.
- Select at least one category.
- Under 'Publication options', you do not need to select Promoted to front page as the event will be automatically include in the home page side-panel 'Upcoming events'.
- Press submit button.
- The minutes will automatically be emailed to all ALEHM members and other subscribers who are members of this EH fast growing community.
- The minutes will automatically be listed in the list of past events minutes.
