Publish minutes?

- Only registered users can do this, so first you must register, and if you are registered, you must be logged in.
- Find the event from the event calendar - then click to open.
- Click edit, above the title
- Under 'File attachments', upload documents, such as documents, presentations etc as attachments - preferably in PDF format. The names of files uploaded should be in the following format
yyyy_mm_dd_groupname_author_title.xxx
- Under 'Vocabularies' in the 'Document' section, click on minutes.
- Under 'Vocabularies' in the 'Document' section, click on minutes.
- Under 'Authoring information', change the published date to the date of the meeting.
- Press save.
- The minutes will automatically be emailed to all Alehm members and listed in the list of previous minutes.
