Publish minutes?

  1. Only registered users can do this, so first you must register, and if you are registered, you must be logged in.
  2. Find the event from the event calendar - then click to open.
  3. Click edit, above the title
  4. Under 'File attachments', upload documents, such as documents, presentations etc as attachments - preferably in PDF format. The names of files uploaded should be in the following format yyyy_mm_dd_groupname_author_title.xxx
  5. Under 'Vocabularies' in the 'Document' section, click on minutes.
  6. Under 'Vocabularies' in the 'Document' section, click on minutes.
  7. Under 'Authoring information', change the published date to the date of the meeting.
  8. Press save.
  9. The minutes will automatically be emailed to all Alehm members and listed in the list of previous minutes.
